Founded in 2010 and headquartered in Chang’an, Dongguan—one of China’s most respected manufacturing hubs— Dongguan Xu Xiang Precision Mold Co., Ltd. is a full-service manufacturer specializing in precision plastic mold components, precision metal parts, and automation-equipment components, as well as plastic and metal mold engineering. We also design and manufacture LED bracket solutions.
Our portfolio spans precision electronic mold components, micro-connector tooling, automotive mold components, computer and printer connector tooling, mobile connector tooling, and related high-precision inserts—delivering meticulous mold-core machining and dependable component supply to customers worldwide.

Location & Capacity Expansion
Our Dongguan headquarters sits in Chang’an Town with excellent logistics access across the Greater Bay Area supply chain. To meet rising global demand, we launched a major expansion in Quanzhou, Fujian Province, in 2025—in coordination with Quanzhou Changhua Precision Technology Co., Ltd.

The new plant represents CNY 8 million in total investment, adds approximately 1,400 m² of production space, and has been fully operational since June 2025.
The program strengthens our stable supply capability and targets a 200% increase in annual output value as production ramps up—a meaningful advance in throughput, process discipline, and delivery performance for international programs.

Our lines integrate Sodick and Charmilles EDM, Sodick and Seibu slow-wire EDM, Beijing Jingdiao high-precision CNC for electrode fabrication, Dawn precision grinding centers, and Fanuc-class CNC assets for efficient roughing and finishing. The metrology lab is anchored by ZEISS MICURA CMM capability down to 0.7 μm for optics, medical, and electronics applications—supported by Nikon projectors and toolmaker’s microscopes (e.g., V-12B / MM-400 class) at ±0.001 mm, plus height gauges and complementary inspection instruments.
- Precision grinding: tolerance control to ±0.001 mm; corner finishing below 0.015 mm; mirror-grade grinding achievable.
- EDM (Sodick / Charmilles): tolerance control to ±0.003 mm; mirror-surface EDM; corner radius down to R ≤ 0.015 mm (geometry-dependent).
- Slow-wire EDM (Sodick / Seibu): ±0.002 mm class positioning for straightness, roundness, and critical dimensions versus fast-wire alternatives.
- Electrode CNC (Beijing Jingdiao): high-precision electrodes for stable EDM replication.
